Your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how we handle and protect your personal information
Your personal data (name, first name, address, telephone number (landline/mobile/fax), email address, KBO/VAT number, gender, public media pages) are processed by Noam Jewels, with its registered office at 2018 Antwerp, Rijfstraat 3, Floor 4, and with company number 0457590669, for customer management based on the contractual relationship resulting from your assignment/order, within the framework of various legal obligations (our liability, retention obligation, accounting law) and for direct marketing (to possibly offer you new services) based on our legitimate interest in doing business. The processing is always carried out by the manager.
We inform you that during the assignment/order granted to us, we cannot erase your data in order to guarantee our services. After the completion of the assignment (possibly by you), we are obliged to keep your personal data for 10 more years in the context of applicable legal obligations. The data that we then keep and archive will only be the necessary ones within the framework of the legal obligation.
We must draw your attention to the fact that your personal data can be communicated by us to third parties in the context of the assignment granted to us and in the execution of a legal obligation. You can always consult us about this, and we will then inform you at which institution your data is located.
If you do not want us to process your data for direct marketing purposes, it is sufficient to inform us of this at info@techconsultancypro.com. Through that address, you can also always ask which data we process about you and have them corrected or erased (the latter as far as possible within the context of the granted assignment/order and the law).
If the data transferred to us are not correct and you request correction, you can always, as far as possible, request that the processing of the data be limited.
All services carried out within the framework of the rights granted to you by the General Data Protection Regulation are, to a reasonable extent, free of charge.
If you disagree with the way we process your data, you can turn to the Commission for the Protection of Privacy / the Data Protection Authority (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels).
